I love talking about habits. It is seriously my jam and good
habits are the foundation of consistency and getting results. But
listen up, we are not a blockbuster movie, we are not going to to
have everything solved at the end of the movie and you have hit
this
magical place, with a magical box, that has everything you have
ever been waiting for. It doesn’t work that way. What it really is
is a BUNCH of REALLY SMALL STEPS that are done over time that make
the most impact on what you are trying to achieve!
Habits turn into routines, routines turn into consistency and
consistency helps get you to your results! So let’s start small
with those habits to get you moving towards your results you have
been working towards.
