We are in a new year, and once again I am seeing people hit the ground running on changing their lives and lifestyles. It's January, hoards of people are hitting the gym and shouting, THIS IS THEIR YEAR, but they burn out by mid February.

Things come up that just make it hard for you to keep going and keep the motivation high.  You tell yourself that "you will get back to it after_______,"  then another month, and so on until you’ve lost an entire year.
