I don’t know about you, but how many times have you told to be patient when it came to hitting your health and fitness goals? Have you ever looked up the definition of patience? Patience… the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. The ability to tolerate discomfort.
Do you have patience to get to your weight loss goals? Do you have the patience to go slow and steady in order to get to where you want to be? Not sure who needs to hear this, but the weight didn’t come on quickly, so losing it will not be overnight. It is not Amazon Prime. You cannot lose those extra pounds in 2 days.
So, let’s learn patience when it comes to weight loss and we can do this together! Through steady everyday actions, our non-negotiables, that are going to help us form long habits to get us to where we want!
