If you listen to me or read my blogs at all, you know I ALWAYS
mention food tracking. Food tracking is like that family
member that you need to invite to the holidays but you really don’t
want to be around. That is food tracking. Most of us don’t
want anything to do with it and it's the last part of getting
healthy we want to take on, however in order to reach your goals
and truly get you to where you want to be, YOU HAVE TO TRACK YOUR
FOOD! We just have to freaking 😤do it.
Today I asked four other coaches give you some tips and secrets to
tracking your food that may change your mind a bit on it! (I
mean if you aren’t going to listen to all the times, I have beaten
it into your head! 😜 Maybe you’ll take someone else's word for it!
