I have never been a planner, always a winger, but when it came to my health, I realized that I NEEDED to have a plan on how I was going to accomplish my goals. I couldn’t cram like I was taking a test on getting healthy. My health wasn’t like ordering something on Amazon two days later and I’m health and fit… It just doesn’t work that way! NO, not even for you either!!!
