This week's Fit Girl Magic podcast guest is Kristi Bernstein, she was my very first ONLINE client!! For years, I only worked with people in person, then I started working with people online and she was the first one! Kristi and I began working together because she is required you to weigh in for her job. Kristi was getting ready for these weigh-ins in an insane way and was looking for a way to hit her weigh-in goals without going crazy twice a year!
Kristi also happened to be the first person I worked with that didn't have a competition goal. So, it was something new! We had to work together to figure out how I could make this a lifestyle for her, a 360 from what she was used to.
