When I started this podcast, I wrote down 67 different things I wanted to talk about. And one of the first 10 things I wrote down was SLEEP! Let’s face it, most of us just don't get enough of it.
Either you have little kids sneaking in your bed, asking for the 10th glass of water or your hormones are raging like you are a teenager again and you aren’t sleeping... Let’s not even get into how you can’t sleep because you have so much on your damn mind, you just don't know how to shut it off! AHHH
You think you don’t need it and you think you can “live” and function without it. But not sleeping is doing more harm to our bodies than you want to believe it is. Well, guess what magic makers…. I have finally found someone that can speak your language and help you with the sleep struggles you are facing!
